“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”.
~Jeremiah 29:11-13 NIV

In 2010, I began working for ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business Undergrad Career Center as a Career Coach to the business students. It was at that time that I realized how much I loved helping people get noticed in the marketplace with their revised resumes and how much more confident people were after interviewing with the techniques I taught them. I love being able to have fulfilled my career aspirations as a Christ-Centered Career Consultant and want to help others on their journey to fulfill their purpose.
I began my career as a Technical Recruiter and Head Hunter in 1999. I spent the next 10 years as a Sr. Recruiter for several entities including a privately held firm that focused on power generation and the nuclear industry, Liberty Mutual Insurance and then Countrywide Home Loans. In these organizations I specialized in regional recruitment for claims, call center recruiting, college recruiting as well as technical recruiting.
I have been consulting individuals in addition to my role as a recruiter for over 10 years. I have had a significant amount of success in my roles and have a sincere passion for helping others in their career journey. I hope to take the experience God blessed me with as a recruiter and coach to help others during this phase in their life and couple it with sharing the truth about the Gospel of Jesus to ignite confidence in those who put their trust in Him.

My relationship with Jesus began at a very early age. Both my husband and I were raised Catholic. His family was very devout and mine, well...we attended church inconsistently but always on Christmas and Easter. I knew God. I knew He loved me and I knew He heard my prayers. But that’s about all I knew.
I didn’t have a strong relationship with him until 2007 when my husband and I started attending a community church. The sermons there didn’t seem like sermons at all. The pastor was very gifted at making you feel like he was talking to you as a friend and providing guidance for your life directly from the Bible. We started reading the Bible on a daily basis individually and as a couple. We soon began understanding who Jesus was to us and who we are to Him and in Him.
As we grew more intentional in our walk with Him, our lives began to be more relevant...more meaningful. We still face challenges, but now we face them with a certainty of hope that give our hearts and minds a peace that is beyond understanding. This would not have been possible without getting to know Jesus more personally and discovering that He adores us beyond what any of us could even begin to conceive. I’m so grateful for the relationship I have with Him and I want others to be able to experience this as well.
